Booking

Please ensure all necessary details are completed when booking your adventure tour(s). Once your booking is finalized, you will receive a confirmation email/invoice from Bergrisinn-Iceland Untouched, which serves as proof of payment. It is your responsibility to check all details on your confirmation and related travel documents. Any discrepancies, such as incorrect dates or number of participants, should be reported to Bergrisinn-Iceland Untouched immediately, as changes may not be possible closer to your departure. Bergrisinn-Iceland Untouched is not responsible for errors made during the booking process.

Bergrisinn-Iceland Untouched reserves the right to adjust itineraries or timetables if necessary due to adverse weather or other conditions. We are not liable for additional expenses caused by factors beyond our control, including flight delays, injuries, natural disasters, war, or other unforeseen events. Please provide accurate contact information so we can inform you of any changes to your booked services.

Payment Terms

A 30% non-refundable deposit is due at booking. The final balance must be paid 30 - 60 days prior to arrival (depending on the size of the group and booking terms from various hotels).

All prices are quoted in ISK. Equivalent amounts in USD or EUR can be provided based on the current exchange rate. Bergrisinn-Iceland Untouched is not responsible for fluctuations in the local currency (ISK) or for additional charges beyond our control, such as bank or credit card fees.

Please note that our payment terms may differ from what is stated above and is dependent on the itinerary and on our suppliers' payment policies. You will be informed clearly before booking confirmation.

Icelandic Weather & Conditions

All outdoor activities are weather-dependent. Bergrisinn-Iceland Untouched reserves the right to modify or cancel itineraries for safety reasons. Guides are trained to prioritize your safety, and their decisions must be respected, particularly during winter.

Activities carry inherent risks; guests participate at their own risk and must act responsibly. Bergrisinn-Iceland Untouched and its partners are not responsible for accidents caused by customer actions or uncontrollable events (Force Majeure). Booking a trip indicates your agreement to these conditions.

Privacy Policy

Bergrisinn-Iceland Untouched only collects personal data voluntarily provided by customers. We comply with national data protection laws, do not share or sell your information, and use credit card details solely for processing payments via an official payment provider.

Cancellations from the client

You or any member of your party may cancel your booking at any time by providing written notice to Bergrisinn – Iceland Untouched at info@icelanduntouched.com. If you are unable to contact us by email, please notify us by phone at +354 416 3100 or +354 696 0171.

Upon receiving your cancellation notice, we will issue a prompt refund of any amounts paid, excluding any amendment fees (if applicable) and less the cancellation charges specified below.
